I apologize for the dark footage from the interior of my car. I didn't realize it would look so dark. The microchip in my Flip UltraHD 3 video cam is known for poor quality of recording in low light situations.

Monday, October 29: around 9:00am.

Hurricane Sandy is coming ashore in 8 hours roughly and it is predicted to be coming straight for Baltimore, Delaware, Philadelphia, New Jersey. Since I live in Baltimore, I've been trying to prepare by buying water and ice.

The past 3 days have been terrible in finding water and ice, everywhere has been raided! This morning though, I went to Giant grocery store near my house and even though there was still no water and ice, the nice man Johnnie (meat dept manager) saw me in the aisle and mentioned he had 1 case of water left in the back, and a few bags of ice.

I told him my situation in how everywhere I went, I couldn't find water or ice so I was basically making ice in ice cube trays and tupperware containers and bagging that. He hooked me up with several huge bags of ice, and a case of big bottled water that was in the back. Very nice man!!!
